Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original boxes and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
